How it started.

Well its been a fairly long road, and finding the road seemed to be the hardest part. In November of 2003, and the several years befor that, i was working on various job sites throughout Northern Ontario Canada. Now being on a jobsite is work itself, but being on a jobsite in Northern Canada in November is painful just due to the weather, -20 Degree mornings, icey street and tools, etc, the northern environment is very unforgiving and some of the most dangerous and tough jobsites in the world.
It was one of those cold icey mornings, that i made a solid commitment to developing an income source, that didnt require me to leave the house at 5-6 AM everyday, to go slave in the winter weather. I had been looking at websites and how they generate their traffic. I had been studying which traffic sources had historically created the most revenues, which sources turned clickers were buyers. It was pretty evident even at that low level, that the best converting and most targetted traffic you could hunt out was good old Search Engine traffic.
Now of course, reading about how to get ranked in the search engines and actually doing it, are 2 very diferant things. There is literally so many diferant factors that are brought in and have weight in the ranking, thats its almost impossible to put a site into the top 10 for any searches. There was a few guys who i kept noticing in the serps, a few guys who held search terms for massive searches like blowjobs, big dicks, and porn. And it seemed to be the same 3-4 guys/companies, held all the top results.
This is where i had been spending the last 5- 6 months, reverse engineering my future competitors websites, and results, hunting down through webpage after webpage, exactly what they had been doing. Checking how their pages were constructed, following back links to sources, monitoring the Page Rank from incoming links and measuring how much each link effected the target site. All those things, plus dozens more factors i never mentioned. And after months of research and attempts, i started to see some of my webpages, getting listed high in the yahoo and google search engines, i was actually makin a few dollars off them.
The significant thing in these early days for me was the Yahoo search engine. I had stumbled across a back door into the yahoo search results. At the time the only was to get included was to have some solid links from indexed pages, and wait your time for yahoo to add and then rank you, OR you could pay 600$ for a paid inclusion. Well back in the day, 02-03, RSS was a new thing, and even blogs were less popular then now, allthough i could see that they were the webs future.
So on one of them cold November mornings, i awoke and noticed that i had made 140$ since i went to bed about 7 hrs earlier. Supposedly adding my rss feeds off my 5-6 sites to yahoo the morning befor had launced the said blogs to top 3 for a handful of terms, and it had happened overnite. So without links, without submission and without any real effort, i had found a way to send my new pages up to the money ranks.
I drove to work that morning and DID NOT bring my tools or pouch, and had quit my job by 7:00 that morning. The rest is basically history, quitting my job and returning home to spend all my time on websites, i focused on exploiting yahoos rss feeds (myyahoo) and getting as many of my pages listed in the serps their.
Learning that back door into yahoo sealed my deal on my carreer, it changed everything in my life, and introduced me to some of the Seo’s businesses most influencial and powerful people. Learning that back door sealed my fate.

Hello World! (Actual post)

Ahh with all the thousands of blogs that have saw the famous “Hello World” post. I wonder what type of percentage of wordpress blogs never get passed there. I know myself along the way ive probably set up and forgot more then i have edited and/or deleted the old faithful Hello World. I bet if the wordpress coders made the first post to be a random load from the admin rss feeds they could snag alot more bonus links and traffic, atleast assuming that atleast 2-3 in 10 installs end up sitting with the post up front and personal. But speaking from personal experience again, im sure thats close to the number.
Well, let me introduce myself, my names John and i work in the online industry. I run a network of sites that i use to generate traffic flows to differant companies that i feel i will be able to match up with qualified prospective buyers. Im basically a salesmen, using the media of the internet to approach, pitch, and close my customers. The cool part about this all is my cold calls, my pitches, and my closings are taking place while i work, but also while i rest, sleep and spend weekends fishing with some good friends.
I’m nothing special, but I’ve found my niche in the web and a way to earn money from it, this blog is somewhat of a documentation as i go on a major work push, and try to solidify myself as one of the major players. You may find some of the stories and folks i do business with fairly interesting, infact im positive you will find them interesting. For the mostpart, i focus on sales generation and search engine traffic for adult companies. If you’ve ever searched for Rubber Boot Sex or Squirting Blondes then you most likely have come across some of my sites, or atleast some of my referal codes
